A fun day out.

Our day started today at the Houston Zoo. I forget how much I enjoy the zoo. My friends and I took the little ones for a quick visit while the oldest were in school. The kids had a blast. Carter and Blake took over Malorie's wagon, but she was fine in the stroller. We didn't get to visit all the animals, but we did see the elephants, giraffe, Toby the red panda, a bear, and a few others. The kids didn't care how long or short we stayed, as long as we ended up on the train. The new train was awesome. We had a blast riding, and every time we stopped Carter would say 'One more time.' The is his new way to get us to do something again, and it usually works. You just can't say no.

The day ended where a kid can be a kid. Or as you can see in some of those pictures, where Jess and I can be a kid. The last couple of days Carter has been waking up and asking to go to Chucky Cheese and play games. It seems like every night lately we have had a baseball game, or baseball practice, but tonight we had nothing. We decide to load up the kids and head out to eat pizza and play games. It was a wonderful evening. We had a blast together as a family. It was nice on a Wednesday, because there was not many people there and the kids could run and enjoy their selves. I think the pictures talk for them selves, look at their faces.
